Started with a problem
Most enterprises were struggling with Kubernetes — not because it is inherently hard, but because there was no clear path from "we have a cluster" to "we run production workloads confidently." Stakater began to fix that.

We built the tools, the practices, and the services. Our open source work — Reloader, Forecastle — attracted teams worldwide. Our consulting attracted enterprise customers. Our managed platform attracted teams who wanted the outcome without the overhead.
